At Line Prefab Houses Industry, we strive to provide high-quality prefab buildings, porta cabins, security cabins, site offices, and modular construction solutions. As most of our products are manufactured according to customer requirements, this policy outlines the conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation before production or material procurement begins. Once manufacturing, fabrication, or customization has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to the resources and materials already allocated to the project.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to deductions for costs already incurred.

Custom-Made Products

Most products supplied by Line Prefab Houses Industry are customized based on customer specifications. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once production has commenced or the product has been delivered.

Customers are advised to carefully review all project details, specifications, and quotations before confirming an order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns may only be considered if the delivered product has a verified manufacturing defect or significantly differs from the approved specifications.

If a return or refund request is approved, Line Prefab Houses Industry reserves the right to deduct applicable manufacturing, material, transportation, and administrative costs before processing any refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report any visible damage or defects within 48 hours. Upon verification, we will determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or corrective action where applicable.
