Delivery Services

We provide delivery services for our products throughout the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery arrangements are made based on project requirements, product specifications, and site accessibility.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of product, customization requirements, production schedules, and project scope. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated during the quotation and order confirmation process.

While we make every effort to meet agreed schedules, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, government regulations, or site readiness.

Site Accessibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the product. Any delays or additional costs resulting from restricted site access, unloading difficulties, or incomplete site preparation may be the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery and installation. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to allow for prompt investigation and resolution.

Delivery Delays

Line Prefab Houses Industry shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, material shortages, government restrictions, natural events, or other unforeseen situations.

In such cases, customers will be informed and revised delivery schedules will be provided where possible.
